Executive Hire Cars

Bracknell Cars operates a fleet of 35 chauffeur driven cars.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
  • All pickups from the airport waiting time are free for the first 40 minutes thereafter they will be charged for the full hour. There is no additional charge for the flight delays.
  • All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged extra depending on the distance and waiting time involved.
  • Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of 10%.
  • Cash payments are to be made to the driver and credit card payments should be made with the booking.
  • Our saloon and estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.
  • Our MPVs (Many people Carrier) are insured for maximum of 7 or 8 Passengers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
  • Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.
  • Cancellations must be made prior to pick up time within two hours within Bracknell areas, any outer areas will require 4 hours cancellation notification.
  • All prices quoted are per car.

Cancellations/ Cancellation Charges

No reservation which has been accepted by Bracknell Cars may be cancelled by the client except with the agreement in writing, by email, telephone.  

Vehicles that are booked by the client that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for will be charged in full.

Cancellation's must be informed by a minimum of 2 - 4 hour's prior to the time of collection. Please contact our Switchboard on 01344 485000 or  01344 300211. Our switchboard is open 24 hours a day, we have 10 lines.  You may contact us via e-mail or our web page. Your query/message will be answered as soon as possible.

Passengers’ mobile contact numbers are taken at the time of booking. Our driver will call your number after your flight lands and arrange a suitable meeting point, this is usually by the Information Desk. If our driver is unable to locate you or if you fail to arrive or are a ‘no show’ – you will be charged the full cost. Our drivers never leave our passengers stranded or leave the pick up point. We always make sure our passengers have reached to their destination safely. Please be assured of our care and attention at all times.
