General Information
Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
Regarding collections from the airport, waiting time is free for the first 40 minutes, any time after the first 40 mins, passengers will be charged for the full hour. However it is always our aim NOT to charge our customers excessive waiting time charges which is beyond passengers control i.e. lost luggage etc.
All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop overs will be charged extra depending on the distance and waiting time involved.
All Major credit cards payments will incur an extra charge of 15%.
Cash and credit card payments are to be made to our driver, our driver will contact our office to have the card processed. A receipt will be issued direct to the passenger.
Our range of MPVs (Multiple passenger vehicles) carry up 6, 7 or 8 Passengers with luggage.
We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage. Our drivers are very helpful and are able to assist if the luggage is heavy.
Cancellations must be made prior to pick up time within 2 hours within Bracknell areas, any outer areas will require 4 hours cancellation notification.
