Cancellation Procedure
No reservation which has been accepted by Bracknell Cars may be cancelled by the client except with the agreement in writing, by email, telephone.
Vehicles that are booked by the client that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for will be charged in full.
Cancellation's must be informed by a minimum of 2 - 4 hour's prior to the time of collection. Please contact our Switchboard on 01344 485000 or 01344 300211 or 01344 300066.
Our switchboard is open 24 hours a day, we have 10 lines. You may contact us via e-mail or our web page. Your query/message will be answered as soon as possible.
Passengers' mobile contact numbers are taken at the time of booking. Our driver will call your number after your flight lands and arrange a suitable meeting point, this is usually by the Information Desk. If our driver is unable to locate you or if you fail to arrive or are a 'no show' - you will be charged the full cost.
Our drivers never leave our passengers stranded or leave the pick up point. We always make sure our passengers have reached to their destination safely.
As we specialised in travel, we know that there are sometimes some unforseen delays, just let us know.
